5. Fees and Payments

Creators set the price for their content, which may include subscription fees or pay-per-view fees. Daniellah takes a 15% commission from creators' earnings to cover platform maintenance, growth, and support. Payments to creators are processed on a regular basis, and any applicable taxes are the creator's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting content on Daniellah, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the Platform or its users. You may also choose to deactivate your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Daniellah is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform and are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
